This might sound silly but I have never owned a cat. I know not to buy toys that have catnip in it but I am not sure what catnip even looks like. I seen on another thread that was posted that it has a smell to it. What kind of smell? The reason I ask, in the other thread they said something like, they did not smell it and it did not say it had catnip in the toy but it ended up being there. Thanks for any help.

Catnip can look like dried herbs or it can be applied to a toy in the form of oil. Not all toys will say they have been treated with catnip. They treat the toys to attract cats to them. My advice would be to not use any cat toys with you gliders if you have any doubth. Most pet shops have a ferret and small animal section where you can find some playtime toys. There are also many vendors in the Glider Things section that make toys specifically for gliders.
