Yes I have decided to try using the pouches that are just two layers of fleece sewn together with nothing between them. I figure that at least if they ever did chew through one layer there wouldn't be anything between those layers to cause any harm. Although it seems kinda pointless since he is gone now.... =(

It's not pointless you still have his mate that might do the samething.

<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crying.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crying.gif" alt="" /> i'm so very sorry you and your little one are going thru this/i make pouches, i don't add the stuffing thou, mine are meant to be bonding pouches they're just fleece, i haven't gotton to my website due to building a cage for them, i do however make nesting boxes and i do use cotton filling, however everyone just has to be cautious of what thier gliders do i guess, mine have never chewed or from what i can tell, and i've also sold my nesting boxes to someone as a cat house i can post pictures maybe this weekend and her cats scratch on it all the time but she says and it's been a year now they still have not ripped thru it, i tripple sew by hand all my stictches for my nesting boxes and my pouches. again i'm very sorry, and hope you get a new little friend for her good luck
