There was a post here a while back where someone showed a way to make a fleece rope that was more than just a braid but rather came out more rope-like....I have searched everywhere and thought I saved it but can't find it....hoping someone can help.......

You can twist fleece to make ropes, I don't know if this is what you were thinking of? I just braid fleece for my ropes.

The tighter the braid the more rope like it will be. Me I like to do thick ropes braiding 4 strips. It can be tricky but looks so cool.

This was a more special way of assembling fleece that resulted in a more rope like final creation.....I think the person that posted about it was going to demonstrate it at a get together......

it's really easy, you basically just twist two+ pieces of fleece separately in the same direction, then twist them together in the opposite direction.
