I'm so sad to read of your loss. Gimli has good company on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge...including Tinkerbell and Wendy Darling. :_(

I am just at a loss for words right now. I was one of the few GC members to have the honor of meeting Gimli - knowing his past, there's only one explination for what you accomplished with him, it was a miracle plain and simple. He was the sweetest lil boy, his love for chin rubs and mealies made you never want to stop staring at him. Oh I am so sorry, hw will be much happier now though, he will a have bunch of friends there too, I know my Kiah will keep him company. Keep your head up, he lived a wonderful life while he was with you and I am sure he is grateful for the time you guys spent together.

Oh dear Jen. Words cannot describe the pain you feel right now, but remember that his suffering is over and he is able to play and glide and have the fun that someone thought they could take away. He will always be with you. My prayers and energy are there for you my angel. My heart hurts. I met this sweet boy at the SGGA. Jen and I sat on the floor and he crawled around my arm. It was a short visit he was quick to go back to Jen. He truly was a gift of love in fur. To see Jen with her boys was touching and I know as I type with tears in my eyes she has to be crying too. Hug sweet Jen You did make a difference! So did he. It is for gliders like Gimli that I strive to bring the rescues more help.

You have a huge heart of gold, are full of love, and have unconditional love for your gliders. Special gliders seem to find their way to your heart and in your home and it takes a very SPECIAL person to give what these special gliders need.
