There's actually a modification that you CAN do to a wodent to kinda do that (but it's NOT as good of a wheel still ) You can find that here:

I never received my Wodent wheels so no modifications. I'm kinda upset about the wheel situation though. Anyways, I would love to be a tester for anyone who has new stuff for Suggies!

My little Donna was inside her barrel of Monkeys bucket pulling all her fleece inside with her and Buddy loves anything new. He's always the first to try new toys out when I put them in the cage.

You can order a wheel now and it will go out in the next few days. The only thing is it's not on our website yet. It is taking time getting it loaded up since there are so many options you can add to it. That is why it's called The Custom Cruiser.

We have a wheel that looks exactly like that. It is an older wheel that is called the Rowdy Wheel. It is larger than the Stealth but the has the Wodent type front.

The Rowdy Wheel is no longer made but I've always wanted more like it. The gliders love it.

The Rowdy Wheel has the plastic (?) track like the Stealth.

Does this new one have a wire track?

I did look at this wheel at the SGGA - in fact, I ordered one. *waiting impatiently now*

It looks only superficially like a stealth in that it is made with bucket lids. From what I understood, the bearings are not in the wheel like most current wheels, but in their own place. It looked like a small hairdryer on the back. Not only was it silent, but the bearing house also gave the gliders a place to stand. It is a cool wheel. I can't wait to see how it stands in comparison to my 3 stealths - and if the gliders like it! It is not a modification of anything, but it's own, unique style!

we took the best ideas of all the wheels and then came up with our own. We have have pcv coated wire track or the plastic track like the rowdy.
This wheel has no place for a glider to get his body or tail caught. We have put the bearing encased in the back of the wheel.
It has been in the testing stage since April. What was premiered at the SGGA was months of revamping and improving.

Just out of curiosity, what is the "special SGGA pricing"? and, what is "normal" pricing?

Once we figure out what all the pieces cost then we can give a more acurate price. More than likely the wheel will only go up a few bucks. We want tostay competative to the other wheels.

If you did, then so did I! I don't think any actual numbers were out there yet, but maybe some know from the SGGA??

I zipped tied mine to the top of the cage. They love it! Up high and gives more clearance for hanging onto the outside and spinning around as the other runs!

But in reference to your question.....I would think any wheel of any type will slide across the cage as long as a suggie uses it...no matter what type of base unless it is mounted somehow.

The solid base is heavy enough that it does not slide across the cage floor.

that's great Karen, thank you......I have 5 stealths (2 side mounts) but only one "evil-knievel" who gets the thing going so fast he moves it across the floor.....HE definitely needs one of these

I just want everyone toknow that this wheel has been designed by Bourbon and my husbandand is being manufactered by Bourbon. TGI is selling in their store. It can not be compared to any other wheel out there.
