Foods high in oxalates are not no no foods. Only foods that should be fed in moderation. I referred to Jimbo's post about foods that are high in vit c and iron. It does not mean that these items cannot be used in your gliders
diet but should be taken into consideration when planning on which vegs or fruit to include. My intention is not to alarm anyone but to help you in balancing your gliders
diet.
There are so many combinations of foods that it is no wonder that even the professional nutritionists cannot agree on
