Hi. I’m trying again to see if anyone has any suggestions. I fed mine critter love for years but when I received a new batch they wouldn’t eat it. I couldn’t get support from the company so I switched to exotic nutrition glider complete. They liked it for a short time, but stopped eating it.
I had hopes with dancing waters because my first 4 loved it. Well they liked it for a week and now I’m back to square one. I’m afraid they are loosing too much weight. I give them eggs once in a while but they really don’t eat much of them.
I never had this problem with my first 4 gliders.

Any support would be appreciated

Thank you.

Are they eating the salads?

I would go back to Critterlove. Exotic Nutrition Instant HPW has caused the death of gliders.

What version of Critterlove do you feed? Plus or Complete?

I feed Plus 90 percent of the time, using salads 1 and 3. On nights when they don't clean up the Critterlove staple it is because they don't need that much protein that night.

Give me some more history on these gliders.

History-these two were 1and 2 when I took them in. I never could get them with my other 4. In December and March I lost the last two of my other group at 11 and 12 years old. Last vet check they were healthy.
I fed them critter love for quite a few years. Than I received a new batch and they stopped eating it. I switched from critter love due to the lack of help from the company. Sge offered to send me a small amount to see if it could be the issue. I provided all my purchase info and than she stopped responding to my text and callls. I don’t want to just order the food again and they don’t eat it. It’s way too expensive to throw away. They wouldn’t eat a new batch and I had no guarantee they would eat another new batch.
I gave them the hpw complete From exotic nutrition but they didn’t like it and were not looking as healthy. I just started the dancing waters diet and they’re eating more than before.
Hope this helps

Were you feeding the Plus or the Complete Critterlove?

Have you sent the batch numbers to Peggy?

Complete. She never asked. I sent her my receipt of when I purchased it and the receipt she never responded.
