Hello everyone! I've been away for quite some time. Just haven't had much to say, or needed much help. My girls are going on 2 years old and are wonderful. In a family of five, they decided I am their person. I am the only person who can put my hand in their cage, and without a second thought they run to me and start licking.

Anywho, point of this thread... What ever happened to the H-Wheel v2.0? The one with the built in brake. I bought one when I first got my girls because it was supposed to be great, but the website for them doesn't seem to exist anymore. Did they stop selling for safety reasons, or did they just make enough money and stop, or...?

One other thing... My girls have worn out the wheel's track. They like to chew on it for some reason, so I'm looking to replace it. Is there a cheaper method than buying a giant roll of hardware cloth for nearly $20? Would the "replacement net" for the Stealth wheel be the same size? The Stealth wheel seems to be made from the same 12" bucket lid type of thing that the H-Wheel was.

Yes, the stuff for the Stealth Wheel should work.

You will want to put the front rim on the track first then put it on the back. I use a butter knife to put the gasket back in.

Yes, they stopped making them. I used to be a distributor for them and I really am sad they are no longer around. I have them in all my cages.

Well that sucks... If it helps, the design seems rather simple to replicate. Once I get a set of the bearings I could create a tutorial*.

*You mentioned being a distributor. Possibly you would be interested in knowing how to build them to sell, although I don't know if there's a legal reason it couldn't be done.
