Jada's favorite is grapes, she only gets them a couple times a week.... I also make that relish recipe with the Bok Choy.. they LOVE the relish!!!
You know, when I go shopping for fruits and veggies for them, I stand in the produce department and feel a little overwhelmed because I want to offer them a variety, but some veggies I havent heard of and I'm afraid to give to them. (I;m a little parinoid about giving them something they cant have) The other day I was at the farmers market and they had beautiful Eggplant, which is something I dont eat, I dont know how to offer it to them?

I have cut it into squares and offered it with their regular fruits and veges at nightb but they do not care for it that much.

Does anyone have anymore non glider safe foods to add to the list or foods in moderation??
