Bourbon, don't worry about the phone bit! I was able to figure out exactly what I want, and all of my questions were answered in a very timely manner. I am very confident about what I am going to be purchasing, and I am excited about it. Almost too excited to sleep, in fact!

So many fun things coming --
a new cage, new pouches, new toys, soon to be a new wheel, and an e-collar! ... wasn't it once all about shoes and clothes for me? Suddenly it's all about spoiling gliders. It went from, "I want that dress, I'll buy it!", to "I love that dress, but with that money I can buy the gliders toys!"

Tell me about.. I just emailed Christmas wish-lists to a few far away relatives.. The wishlists contained a few items for me, but towards the very top of it links to a few glider websites with the comments of "anything from here!" written next to it.
