well, for the first few days or so I would keep the wheel out of the cage. Keep an eye on your baby and make sure they arenot overgrooming and paying particular attention to their tail. Other than after recovery your glider should be back to normal and playing as usual. Just keep your eye on the tail and make sure it is healing up properly. If the vet didnot get all the dead tissue, your glider may still try and bite and groom it to try to get rid of thepain. If this happens more of the tial may need to come off...
