Oh Leigh, what an amazing story and a heartfelt tribute to your little Abbie. I had to compose myself before replying. I am so very sorry for your loss. You changed her life, as she changed yours, and you obviously loved Abbie enough to let her go. As we get older, there are more and more of our loved ones waiting for us on the other side of the bridge. I have many loved ones, the human kind and the furry/scaly/feathery kind keeping your Abbie company as she glides 'free'

I am finally starting to catch up on all of my threads. I know this was hard for you and there were days when I knew this pain with Apollo. I am so sorry for you and still am. She is up there crabbing with Apollo now waiting for the day that we join them. God speed little crabby Abbie.
