I live in NH, and recently moved my room including the fuzzies to the top floor. As heat rises, it tends to be warmer up there by default than the downstairs. Also, I am lucky enough to have 2 zone heat so I can turn up the top floor without making everyone else hot or killing the gas bill too badly. I also have a 3 sided fleece cover, double fleece pouches with blankies etc.

I agree, 70-80F. Where we live right now the AC made it freezing in their room in the summer. Finally climbed up and closed the vent. Enough cool air still leaked in to cool the room enough. In winter I have a little fan heater that turns itself off. I just had to watch it until I got the adjustment right. I keep a thermometer in the room, too.

For reasons unknown to me, I simply cannot function in a room any colder than 75F. When I was a tad younger, I used to walk home from school in the Minnesota cold without a jacket (2 miles). It even scared me a little. For some reason, in the past year or so, I have really taken a liking to warm weather. Perhaps I'm adapting to global warming or something.

My room is usually in the mid-high 70s in the Summer and closer to 80 or so in the winter. Occasionally I'll get the chills and crank it up to 85 until I feel better.

I've always kind of wondered if that would be too high a temperature for a glider? I know they live in Australia and stuff, but the climate is very different there, and they have adapted to life with humans. :/

I think 85 is too warm, even if they've adapted. JMO....
