I have 2 females in one cage and a brother and sister in another cage. I'd like to get them all in one cage. How would you go about with intros? I've done the switching of pouches around so far and I have their cages close together but not close enough where they can touch.
The 2 females are a year and a half old and the brother/sister pair are 14 weeks Oop. Would you consider the brother/sister team old enough to try intros with the older girls?

Is there a large size difference between the younger and older gliders? because if the older gliders are a lot bigger they could do some serious damage to each other.

If they are close in size try to introduce them during tent/room time with you and see how they get along for playtime, and if things go well then you could try placing them together, but definitely keep a close eye on them the first few nights.

also would recommend a vet visit before introductions.

(ps I love the name snarf for a glider roflmao

Snarf is an appropriate name for him because he snarfs down all the treats and will not let his sister have any. lol

There is a size difference between the two pairs. So I guess that I'll have to wait... I was hoping that I could do it soon because layla seems depressed to me. She will not come out of the pouch unless I drag her out and I really do not want to do that to her. When she is in the cage, she just sits on one spot on the wall and will not move for hours. I'm also worried on her eating. She will not take any yoggies nor mealworms nor yogurt on my finger. I took the girls to the vet yesterday and they check out fine. Layla weighs 91 grams and Lu Lu weighs 101 grams. I do not know if that is normal weights or not. They are a year and a half old.

How significant is the size difference?
I do not do intros solely on size relations.

I think it's more important to do intros based on personalities, following the procedures for proper intros and, last but not least, being sure that IF something goes wrong both gliders have a fighting chance.

I have my Elodie who is the same weight as Jynx yet looking at them you'd think their was a significant size difference. They just happen to be built differently.
