Connie, was always there to help people with their gliders. I had a penis amputation done on a glider that went to a friend in an e-jacket the same day.

When she checked on him he peed and a huge blood clot came out, she thought he was actively bleeding and I was on the highway in Minnesota.

I had her call Connie as she was hysterical. The first thing Connie told her was "put your shoulders down". That was an important lesson I learned, because when a person is that upset, telling them to put their shoulders down actually calms them down.

Connie will be missed, specially for her good advise.

Connie was one of those people that God broke the mold after He made her. It was because of HER that there's a permanent post on here about the MacGuyver ejacket...she called me in a panic over Labor Day weekend, telling me about a glider she had SMing. "There's no mail running til Tuesday, love" then I started thinking about what she may have in her ER kit to make a vest with. Out of necessity came this invention...a band-aid for an abscess, but it beats an ecollar all day long!
