It does sound like she is definitely pregnant. For now try giving them two separate places to eat as far apart as possible to see if that fixes the problem.
If not, then feed the female outside the cage separately if possible. Let us know if the two feeding stations work.

You do need to leave daddy in the cage as once the joeys are out of pouch he helps to take care of them. I agree with Karen about feeding them separately.
Try getting the food into the cage before they get up for the night.
Put it in different areas and if possible different levels in the cage.
Keep us posted on how things are going with them.

Food aggression is a problem with my gliders too...
I have one that can't stand to watch the others eat sometimes. So I place the dishes where they can't see each other's dish. I put up partitions to block their view. My dishes are also at different levels in the cage.

Yes it is. Dad helps raise the Joeys. He grooms and keeps them warm while Mom is out of the pouch, and as they get older, they take turns carrying them around on their back

I am going to move this thread to Behavior & anatomy since it relates to the feeding behavior rather than the actual 'diet'. While there was some mention of whether or not to leave dad with mom, when/if that becomes an issue with joeys, please post in Breeding & Babies Forum.
with the multiple feeding stations. I really hope this solves your problem.

Some way you have got to make sure the female gets enough to eat, especially now that you are positive she is pregnant. If she doesn't, there is a good chance she will lose the joey/s.
Can you handle her? Will she let you? If so, then you may have to take her from the cage at night to some place safe to make sure she is getting her share of food. OR you may have to make dad wait in a bonding pouch until HE gets the idea he is not playing nice at the table
Whatever you do, you don't want to stress mom at this time.

Have you tried putting the feeding stations on different levels in the cage?

I have one that stays in the pouch at dinnertime too. I do give her a few pieces of vegetables in her pouch to encourage her to get out and eat. I have also removed the aggressive glider and put her in another cage to let them eat alone. But with joeys on the way, I'm not sure if it's a good idea.
I have also pushed her out of the pouch and encouraged her to her own dish, and watched them eat separately, when my aggressive one tries to move to the other plate, I keep her away with my hand. It won't help later in the night while I'm asleep, but at least I know she got something.
I'm not sure my advise is helpful in this situation. I have never had a pregnant glider.

Glad she is getting to eat inside the cage, but I would still give her as much extra outside as she wants. She needs extra now that she is pregnant

I forgot to tell you, with her being pregnant you should be putting enough food in the cage for three gliders. You could try adding another feeding station in a third location in the cage.
Once the joey or joeys are out of pouch you will find that daddy will stay in the pouch with the joey (s) and babysit while momma goes out to eat and play.

That is awesome!!!
It's a good idea still to offer at least 2 dishes. About the time you take one out, there may be the same issue again. Right when you least expect it.
Mine follow each other from dish to dish too, but having at least 2 of them gives options.

That is wonderful news indeed. Agree with Dawn, however, that third dish is okay to offer. Mom needs all the extra she can get. I wouldn't trust dad just yet to not go back to his old behavior. You know how men can be

If he has actually unlatched from Mom that's his Oop date. Mom will take the Joey out while he is still latched and clean the pouch and air it out.
