Temperature of 73 degrees is good.

My concern is diet. What diet are they on? If the calium to phosphorus ratio (2/1) is off, she could be getting too much of one and not the other.

Is she going potty/poo without problems?

How are they getting the vitamins and calcium? Sprinkling or some other method?

Pellets alone with fruits and veggies is not normally recommended as an all round good diet plan. Click on the word diet anywhere you see it highlighted and that will take you to our database.

It could be she is simply not getting all she needs nutritionally. In addition, a vet check would be a good idea.
