When I changed my gliders diet many months ago, I ordered a few bags of freeze dried salads to go with it in case I got flakey with fresh salad prep. Well, today is the day. I think what I've ordered is about 6 months old. Does anyone know if I can still use it? It was opened for the first time today, it's rehydrating now, and I have some time before I need to feed them.

It's fine, but once opened, it should be kept airtight. I put mine in mason jars and keep an air tight seal. I only use my freeze dried food for traveling and when I forget to make salads.
