So normally I’ve been able to find most ingredients no problem, but the gerber yogurt juice has recently gone out of stock at my local market (I’ve seen posts on its slow disappearance so I bought in bulk but I’m down to my last 2). Anyway the recipe says mixed fruit juice and 2oz. Yogurt. My issue is....what type of yogurt? My assumption would be plain, but is there a special type? Plain old cups? Is there some type to avoid? I really like the BML cause it’s super easy to feed but I’m unsure on this ingredient....

I would go with plain Yoplait original. Just make sure it doesn't have any artificial sweeteners.

Vanilla or something flavored like the juice you choose.

When mine were on BML, I had to combine the juice and yogurt too. I think I used the full fat Yoplait vanilla flavor. I personally feel there is a benefit to doing it this way.

The BML diet is tried and true, (Thank you Bourbon!), and has been around for awhile. I think she was trying to keep the recipe simple at the time of it's creation.

Actually, you're supposed to use plan Dannon yogurt.

You're not going to find the yogurt juices by Gerber andymore as they've been discontinued. So everyone is going to have to use the substitution that's been on the site for years.

When in doubt, always check the creator's website as that's where any updates or changes will be listed.

That’s the site I pull up every time I mix up a batch. I love that it has pictures so I can make sure I have the EXACT ingredients. The juice is shown but there isn’t a type of exact name of the yogurt. That’s perfect though now I know!! Thanks!!

I wonder if there is anyway to update the diet link page? When I go to the BML page on there it takes me to an angelfire page and not the one that was linked above.
