My two male gliders are Caramel and their breeder has their lineage. I planned on neutering so did not bother with any of that info. Now, I am not so sure of my plan. They are super tame and low odor so is it really necessary to neuter? I am wondering since they are the only two I will have, do I need to neuter them? I don't want to stress them out or risk health issues but not sure as both can cause issues. Thoughts?

It isn't necessary to neuter them, but once they are sexually mature they may fight and they will fight if you bring a female into the home.

LOL! Ok, so if I am reading this correctly, as long as I have no females in my home, not neutering is fine. Am I understanding correctly?

Correct! BUT (according to what Feather has typed here) when they do sexually mature they may occasionally fight. To what extent, I'm not sure! So, is there a time when they are too old to neuter if it does become an issue? They are about 10 months OOP now and if that is an issue do they both have to be neutered? What is the cut off?

Thank you, that makes me feel better. And do both or just one if aggression does become an issue-I am thinking I saw just one on here somewhere but not sure.
