My oldest boy is about 11 yrs old. I just found him in his pouch . He is bloated and very lethargic. He is dehydrated will not drink. I would appreciate any advice on how to make him feel comfortable. I feel that if I take him to the vet, he will die away from me. Please tell me how I can make him feel comfortable.. I love him so much. It is killing me to see him this way.

Because we are not vets, there is no advice we can give you about end of life care which sounds like what your precious little one might need.
The very best thing you can do for him is get him to a vet as quick as possible so that any and all measures can be taken to give him the best possible chance to pull out of whatever is wrong with him.
Without intervention by a vet, his chances are probably not very good.
Our thoughts and prayers go with you both. Please take him as soon as you can. Like now.

I agree with Karen, get him to a vet ASAP. Please update us on his progress.
