Yeeeeeooooouuuuuccccchhhhhh! Charlie horse, charlie horse, charlie horse and it isn't in my leg or back it is in my forearm Owwwwwwwwww! I have spent the entire afternoon assembling my new sewing cabinet and it isn't done yet but the cramps in the hand and arm have shut me down.

If I had the right tools for the job it probably would have been easier and faster, but my X and his twin absconded with my tools, I was using my screwdriver from my computer fixing kit.
Need to find a different one to finish tomorrow.

Ok! That dang sewing table is together. It will take me weeks for the muscles to recover. Mary and I were going to rearrange the dining room area where all the fleece and toy making stuff has migrated too and we are both wounded warriors. Mary also took a fall earlier this week and has the same bicep pain I still have from my fall early last month. Soft tissue injuries take forever to heal!

The arm is usually sore by the time I get home from the route, it is healing slow but sure.
