Hello, I changed my babies pellets food to the BML diet last night . I woke up and they have pooped a lot. It is all solid. I was wondering if the chance to veggies and fruit could be changing the poop output. It is all solid and the right color. They been chowing down on the food.

It could be their systems are adjusting to the correct amount of solids and liquids in their diet which helps them (helps all of us) with proper elimination
Eating pellets doesn't give them enough liquid in their diet Gliders get the bulk of their liquid from their fruits/veggies rather than drinking lots of water like we can/do.
Try eating a diet of nothing but fiber with very little water and see what happens to you

Did you gradually switch them, or did you completely stop one diet and give them all new stuff?

It usually doesn't hurt them to switch immediately. Most people will leave a bit of their previous diet along with the new in the cage for a day or two.
Most gliders when given the choice will go for the new diet/better diet.
If you are simply changing for the sake of change from one good feeding plan to another and your glider/s have been eating well, then you should not leave any of the old in the cage. Each diet should be fed according to the instructions given and not mixed.
