Hi, so the two gliders are doing great together they sleep together, groom each other and share everything beautifully.

Things are little crazy right now at my house, I have my german sheperd in heat and my little schnauzer going nuts trying to mate with her. The day I found she was in heat I also went inside to find the two gliders mating.. a lot of love going on in my house lol

So I sat next to the gliders telling Momo to be nice to the lady, that you don't treat ladies like that! I cringed whenever he'd bite her ears. I knew males where rough but didn't expect them to be that rough xd

So my first question would be; is it normal that I hear Shiva hissing a lot when they're in the sleeping pouch? I can't see what they're doing but I'm guessing he's grooming too much?


Also I took them out to play in their bathroom and they were acting weird, first they were scared of each other and wouldn't go near each other, they'd wag the tail like a cat. Then when they finally were close Momo would paw at hear until she went away.

I'm really confused about this, maybe they need time to get used to sharing the room ?

Just my 2 cents. Roo and Nigel hiss at each other all of the time when they are in the pouch. I have come to find out that it's usually them grooming each other. Roo acts like Nigel's mom and I have seen her physically holding him down to groom him. There are never any wounds and both are quite happy with each other. Nigel is neutered and is still young so I doubt it's anything more then him complaining.

Thanks, that is what I suspected she's complaining because he is grooming too much. And I can see why, since they're together they both have amazing fur specially her.
