Awesome!!! And, thank you for sharing. I have a psychiatric service animal for my daughter and am a FIRM advocate for individuals with special needs. Many people have a lack of understanding re: service animals of any type. Many assume that it HAS to be a dog with specific training for individuals with physical needs. Our Izzy has made a tremedous impact on my special needs daughter and HOPE that more individuals explore how a sugar glider can be used as such. I think that it is great that you are posting this information for all to read. As a recent adoptee of my sugar glider, I can definitely see how one could be used for support of individuals with disabilities aka special needs. Please continue to keep us posted.
