Please register.

As far as the biting himself, has he potty or pooed?

Is the rump area swollen?

You need to get her to a veterinarian ASAP. She could have a Urinary Tract Infection or parasites. The fact that she is biting herself means that she is in a lot of pain.

She needs medications to alleviate the pain and antibiotics.

Have you seen her poop or pee?

This behavior is a sign of severe pain and she needs to be seen by a vet immediately. At this point any vet will do to get her pain meds and in an e-collar to keep her from doing any further damage.

Try to find an emergency vet. Simply getting her in a collar with no pain meds will make her situation worse. She WILL find a way out of it if she is in this much pain.
