bml diet cereal question - 01/01/19 09:56 AM

i noticed that the iron content in the baby cereal went higher from 40 percent to 60 percent I no gliders are prone to iron storage disease is it safe to still use the baby cereal or should I switch to another brand as targets brand has lesser iron content

I went to the BML website :

http://bmldiet.com/bml-recipe.html

And found what they recommended:

https://www.gerber.com/gerber-grain-fruit-cereal-rice-banana-apple

The plain rice is the same iron content. I used this for mine, and they didn't care for it either.

It does have 45% iron in an infant serving. However when you put all the ingredients together for BML and cut it down to a glider serving, it's not as much. I hope this helps.
