What kind of noises do your gliders make at night

My 2 colonies bark at each other even though they are in 2 separate rooms. They also bark for mealies as they are very spoiled. If they are barking at each other, I ignore it. If only a single glider is barking, I check it out.

Oohhhh....we have all kinds of noises. Barking, chattering, chittering, tsks, the sneezing/grooming sounds, and sometimes a little bit of hissing.

My gliders don't make too much noise at night. Sometimes - if they're feeling froggy, they'll bark. :O)

Mine make a fair bit of noise playing together, hissing, wheels going, toys chinking, the odd crash of something when they nose dive chasing around. Mostly only 2 of the boys bark, Gizzy and Luke and it's just for a few minutes between 3-5am ..

Nanuk rings his bell when he wakes up. He hisses and chatters at the girls.

Elfers is probably the most vocal glider ever shakehead barking, crabbing, hissing, chirping, snarfing, chattering, lip smacking... she's like me, not very "lady like" LOL

Dayz is very quiet, except when she gets the CCC wheel going and flings herself out and lands on the side of the cage with a WHOMP

Mudbug, he barks, hisses, chatters, crabs occasionally..

Mouses trio, barking, thuds on the cage floor, or side, chirping, hissing, chattering...

Its when I don't hear noises I should is when I wake up to check them out.. :rofl2:

Mostly, if we are awake or partially awake we hear the wheel, some cage clatter, and occasional barking (usually one glide to the other, or maybe calling for us, don't really know). Other than that, just regular chatter, a little crabbing & grooming now & then, but only if in same room. Only the first 3 noises I mentioned can be heard from out of the room.

I hear a lot of pst-pst from overzealous grooming and toys, but every once in a while one of them will decide they want Mommy or Daddy (me or my boyfriend) and they won't quit barking until whoever they wanted comes to the cage. We've tried to ignore it, but it just gets louder and more frantic when we do. So even if it annoyingly wakes us up we still go investigate and give whoever is making the noise a little extra love.
