Would anyone know How in the wild a glider would clean up? do they like rain showers etc I was pondering what their Life would be in the wild because I never really thought about it..
Squirt likes to jump in the shower some times.. an he perches on the shower rail an just loves to take driblets an clean himself? it's weird I know.. an yes I take high procotions in maken sure he is warm, an I dont allow it all the time, just 1 time maybe every 3 months, lol an he isnt drinched he sits on the side heck we bough shelfs so he could sit right it's cute an weird, an I was courious how they would take a bath in the wild an if they didn't type thing..
Just looking for some history of their wild life enviornment really,
Please note Squirt isn't alone when he does this in the shower deal.. he is in with me, I just find it really odd he likes it..an its funny too.. an of course I couldnt get a picture Ahrm.. we all know why so I figured I would just ask..

Awwwwwww, no pics?! LOL! Understood!

I don't have mine in the shower but there have been several times when I've been running water for one reason or another and had a glider pop up out of my shirt, race down my arm and sit on my hand while they play in the water. I turn the flow down to a trickle and make sure it's warm, of course. They'll reach their hand into it, flick it on me (Calypso LOVES to do this!), drink from it, sit in my hand that has water in it. Draco will dunk his head in and out, shake it like a big 'ol dog and dunk again.

Like you, I make sure it's warm in the room and they're dried off immediately after they're done. Usually, they let me dry them off for a few seconds then dive back into my bra for the rest of the day, so I know they're nice and warm.

lol, Yeah I was telling Denise this on the phone how our new rescue has been comming out from my bra/bonding pouch when Im washing dishes, or making their food, and Iv just had to wander if others did this also..
However, tonight Im having trouble with honey, Iv noticed her weight has been decressing a bit, and activity again .. sigh.. her wound still hasn't healed up, it's going to take a while I know but Jeeeeeee, frown so back to giving her loads of fatty melies etc to get her weight up..
tonight she also played with Misant in the tent, but he wouldnt leave the wound alone, " cleaning it wise" but they got a good hour together..I dont know Iv been up with her again all night long watching over her an offering her a melie..an her bml an egg etc.. well see, Denise will be here tuesday Im gonna have her look honey over.. we are also unsure if she is with joey's yet too, this will be the second week now.. last week, we didn't see nothing though.. ..ok.. Im going to sneak a one hour nap while she is sleeping too.. an try an inject some more worms with water for her.. etc..

haha
I always figured she was upset when she would come out while I washed dishes. like she didnt like the sound of the water and it was upsetting her. cause I would walk away and she would instantly go back to sleep.
will have to next time let her come out and see if she likes the water too.
funny...
