I've been on here long ago and have tried to get logged in in the recent past, but have had problems doing so.
So......I have a glider who the vet is considering giving my gloder an enema.
Has anyone's glider have an enema before?
Concerned about damage to his peni, or whatever the plural is, and the rest of his little end.
Any tips or experiences. This is happening in the morning.
Thank's. Kitty

I would absolutely NOT advise doing this.

What is wrong with your glider that the vet thinks this is might need to be done?

How old is your glider? What signs of illness is he showing?

Do you remember your display name from when you were here before or the e-mail you registered with? Any information will help me possibly locate your old account.

I Think it was kittyb or kitty baran.
He's the one I've brought up has attachment disorder. He's from a mill breeder. He's always stained since he was young and the reason could not be found.
He developed a back injury and ibd. Each are aggravating the other. He was having chiropractic work, gentle type and muscle balancing. His back had started improving when I noticed some stool low in the pelvis and from there he's been backed up with gas and stool.
He's been on pred, lactolose, antigas, a bowel stimulus, carboxl......something or other indoor remember, sub Q fluids.
He's deteriorated from malabsorbtion due to the ibd he's been struggling with and his mental health which aggravates it and the back injury.

I found your account, however, in order to send you a temporary password (if you do not remember your old one) I need to know if you still have the same hotmail address. I will send you an e-mail to confirm.

I do not have anyone at the e-mail you gave, however, I do have a kittybaran with a hotmail e-mail. Have you ever had a hotmail e-mail? Where are you located?

He had the enema with out issues. He has about a half inch of impacted hard stool. Dome cane out, but there is concern as to where it is at in the colon and how hard the stool is. They lubricated and put warm fluid up him. He goes to the chiropractor Wed.
Any experience with impacted stool in the colon?
