Sorry been busy since wife started her new job ( and i am looking for a proper job).. but recent updates ( compressed version ) Momo got a dominance wound and had to be kept alone for a few weeks( getting about every other day visits with her sister and cagemates. We have since started longer times with them together as the hair almost all back in and to length. So she spent the first night back with them last night and today. on other news I going bat (poop) crazy when home I cant do all the things I need to get done as some take supplies(money) or weather to let me be outside with power tools. and I cant do some things to my wife preference style. so I can only do so much in a day between taking her and picking her up. I did rebuild( replace carb and some other pieces ) on my first small motor repair ( lawn motor engine) and it now runs ( it needs a new throttle spring but i just put a stick in there and it off and running like no tomorrow )...

Don't know what to tell you. I have 7 gliders that need to be neutered and I just stuck 1150.00 into the truck.

Lol but Feather look at how many miles you put on that truck it will need stuff. lol

I finally figured out what they got me a s at Best buy. I am a filler I only get hours when someone wants off or calls out. I need to get my self together and either do like some say and start squeaking about my disability back, or a find a job I can do and get paid for it lol.. Knocks on wood I not had any falls or injuries that laid me out last few weeks ( just developed a allergic reaction to getting stung now ( oh joy) so outdoors fun now must be prepped with a anti histamine.

SO I decided ifi am not working a proper Job by first of year I shall seek a lawyer and work on getting my disability back. I applied to about 10-20 jobs (I think some are crossed post on some sites) trying to get work and after each interview I never hear back. I guess limping in with a cane puts you on the no hire list as your a fall risk or won't be able to handle the work.) either way I can't prove it. SO I will keep doing the best I can and look into side pc work via word of mouth and do what ever odd job I can find

You've probably considered it, but have you checked out telecommuter jobs? They generally don't care how well you move, as long as are good with desktop software, have good typing skills, & can meet their schedules. I used flexjobs.com for a couple short-term 2nd jobs when I needed a little extra income a short while back. It's just a thought.

Thanks hutch but I not a person to talk on a phone with people I find my info and get off. ( like calling lowes hey do you still have x item in stock ok I will be by to get), I Know sometimes the online have not up to date or it sold out before i get there so if it something I need or want i will ask to hold but other wise i just wait until i get there .

Plus I prefer longer term. it could be something I look into and use wife name if i need extra funds lol

I know that atwork I do the recommended push for the company card and the extra warranty protection but i dont twist their arm over it cause I know that most people dont want it to cant afford a extra 150-200 bucks on a just in case.

Haha, just to be clear, it has WAAAY more than telemarketing jobs. I could not do those. I would have trouble convincing a man dying from thirst in the desert to buy a glass of water from me >.< Telecommuting are jobs that you can do from home, everything from temp to permeate.

I did data entry a couple of times: Was given access to a bunch of mismatched files & information, & had to enter it all into a database or spreadsheet. Think I got like $50-ish each time for what was around 4-5 hours of work sitting on my laptop in the recliner with a movie going. Not a lot hourly, I guess, but for one-shot things for extra cash, while I relaxed... it was good enough for me.

ugh here we go again due to my wife leaving cage doors open. She left the trio cage open Monday night and I spent an hour yesterday getting the 3 back in cage. we though everyone was ok but nope poor muffin ( toothless queen herself) had sore on her jaw this morning lucky it didn't become abscessed or infected( watching int and putting vetericyn on it of a morning. and she looks to be healing up great... I to the point she not going to be allowed to take pictures in the cages.

we are not up to 10 Gliders . short version. We have a friend that breeds on a somewhat limited deal ( meaning that she dont push the issues and has actually reduce her output some. we visited her a few weeks back when the girls were like 5-6 weeks old. And of course we fell in love with these two stinkers lol.. well they were not able to leave mom and dad until the 11th of November. The entire time My wife wants to get them but is like no we dont need more gliders. Entire time our friend and I are like you know you want her and I like we have 3 cages worse case is we have 4 and set up three trio cages. and muffin and Sterling a pair. This past Thursday the 15th Wife was planning a local glider friends gathering and I told our friend, I bet you 50 bucks you bring them she will cave, as we laughing about it, cause she knew I was right. I been helping her with picking up her tenrec and over night sitting of it as she was working when it was due to coming and by the time I picked it up and got home( then got wife and came back home ) she be in bed from work. so I we watched it over night and she picked it up the next day. I was talking to our friend the entire time and working on making payments to get the girls as I wanted to them to be a anny/ xmas gift for my wife.... I shall post pictures once they settle down. we have a bb and a splitface both mo

oh great just what we dont want. we seen that vino has been losing some weight recently figure it was not much since he was chunky when we got him. and that he was slimming down with a proper diet that not dried fruit and crackers. Well last vet visit he was like 130 grams and he had a couple teeth removed and I weighted him tonight and he only like 105 grams. I know he at least 8-9 years old been with us about 2 years) I am thinking he might be older than told. I know he the first one to the food bowl at night and there still some left when I pull out the bowls during the day ( I try to get them out and fresh in before they wake but does not always happens with wife work schedule. I give him a Freya treats outside the cage cause it seems they are always skinny looking I think Freya will just stay thin looking . Vino he just seems like he lost a lot of weight since coming to us. at first with new diet then the teeth issue and now losing some again. I am worried his past might be coming to bite him in the rear ( and us) with his poor diet past.

And with the way my job is I can more-less say I am unemployed, work black Friday weekend and I doubt I shall see any more hours from them. I am tired of calling to beg for hours all the time, and every where I look there at least one part of the job I cant do (or I know wont last long at cause of doing it) my cerebral palsy is now biting me in the rear when looking for work . so I am guessing I need to figure out Doctor visit and see what papers I need ot try and get my disability back.

Lol Terry it might be the safest for me too after last few days I think i spent more time with pain meds or on the floor stuck than doing anything else and like it is with the leak in roof if I could get up there I know why and most likely have it fixed by now
not waiting on some guy who has several others roofs to inspect before he comes here.

so since the 29th of November Vino down another 10 grams about he is always begging for food when it brought in of a evening. He enjoying hiis treat as I type this a entire suburban Sugar cupcake to himself. he not eating super fast but he is eating it. I might have to take him back to have teeth checked again and a fecal done to be sure he not got other health issues. I know since he came it took him a while to be use to use and now he gone from like 20+ grams to under 100 in 2 years. I a little worried my boy past might have caught up with him.,

You always face that when you take in rescues. I would most definitely get him in for a check, fecal too.

How old is he?

I was told he was about 7-8 when she brought him to me, and I had him for over 2 years now. I do know he came to us when we just came back from SGGA in 2016 we were not home a week when the girl called and went from there. He was neutered the Wednesday before she bring him over to me for a nail clipping and left him while I was doing it. I know he had a couple molars remove since coming to us and the vet said rest looked good. early in year or last year ( man I need to keep my records written down lol..
looked bakc in a older post it was just over a year ago when teeth were removed..

well I think we know what Vino issue is he having seizures again. I think he may of been having them at night while we are sleeping.. He had one tonight and fell to the cage bottom as we are working with the 3d printer a little ( like setup and test printing) with a low/no odor pla filament...

He is an old man. I would try giving him a treat late afternoon to tide him over til dinner time.

Hopefully it is a low blood sugar seizure.

well he did receive some extra treats and some coconut water as he came around I hopping your right Kim, but I have ot wait and see I might have to spend a few days ( later afternoons in here and watch him some more. Since he was not fully with it I took a chance and trimmed the tips off his nails. and he kept trying to hold my finger with both paws.

sorry been crazy with holidays and such, he starting ot put some weight back on less seizures being seen I started to taking each day wife works taking a group of kids with me when I pick her up or drop her off to work. Or was until the 27th.
We were home wife had day off and was laying down from a head ache, I was playing on the PS4, when a delivery truck rolled down the hill here and smashed though our fence and hit the truck. so I now have to wait until the truck is repaired before can take them out again.

shock Oh my, that is awful to have your truck hit. So glad it wasn't your house or you weren't in the yard. It could have been so much worse.

Glad you are safe.

sorry been crazy few weeks so her a quick updates.
Truck been in shop a week got another week before it might be done they found more damage than they first thought ( well gee you think I had several tons hit the truck and move it.
Vino been holding his own, no lost no gain but is first in the bowl for food and the lack of snacks or giving not helped. ( might be a age thing for him)
Peso and Euro are being worked into the snowflake colony so far we managed to get both to accept Marshmallow ( I hope she dont teach them her sneak biting trick) lol
We picked up a triple critter nation cage( used ) but once power washed and dried and wiped down and rinsed again) we put it upstairs and it will par part of the snowflake colony home. so we can turn the smaller cage into a hospital cage with a full size wheel if we ever need it ).

Been to the doc fighting with them a little as my blood pressure was super high and they were panic ing some lol. I felt fine but heck sitting around all day is not the best for you so working on that. and I might have a temporary job ( about 120 ) if they get the log in part straight so I can approve the background check they want to do. ( if they let me go or I dont get the job I decided to fight to get my disablilty back I cant keep doing with out in the long run during winter months)

I hope you get some relief soon!

So how do you like the triple critter nation cage?

Mine at home is a bisbane style from Suncoast, and because Stewie is so hyper, I'm considering a larger cage. He's starting to really get on the girls nerves when it comes to making his laps while they try to nap at night. He jumps on the outside of their sleeping pouch and barks till one or both come out to play. Since Fiona is quarantined to her own cage till she heals, it's all on Dot. (She needs to drop quite a few grams anyway...) He loves his toys, but there's not enough room for more than one or two of them at a time.

Isn't the critter nation cage(with add-ons) easier to clean too?

Dawn only had it a few days in use but I power-washed it before we put them in. but so far it been a breeze cleaning the drop pan and a snap to assemble. My only draw back I found with these nice large doors is not as many places to attach bridges to ( running from front to the back). I did get the job start Thursday even if it only temporary 120 days of work better than none. and like i said and told my wife if i can handle it or they feel I am too slow then it too SS office I go.
I stripped and have about 2/3 of the glider room stripped cleaned and toys/bedding all cleaned to come back in. ( kills my back bent over the tub for 2 hours scrubbing toys and rinsing them.

Well, congratulations!!!

Remodel team is a great place to start with Walmart! Especially if you don't mind working overnight! I did 12 years with them and don't regret it. I would have stayed longer if I didn't get married and become contractor.
