My glider, Kumar, is almost 8 years old. I noticed a couple weeks ago a small bump on his lower abdomin. I was in process of moving and much was going on. He hasn't been eating as well the last week, not as active as normal, and tonight I really looked at his underside and the lump has gotten quite large, very quickly. About the size of a nickel and it's located just above and to the right of his testicals. I will be contacting a new vet tomorrow who is near me and also in the vet list. Any help would be appreciated.

Any update with this little one? Unfortunately only a vet will be able to determine what's going on. Were you able to get in to see one?

This morning he was having problems moving and using his back legs. He wasn't steady. Very relestless. Saw vet this afternoon. The lump was a large cyst. But all the other problems were symptoms of kidney failure. He had a history of UTI's. The Dr said he had almost no kidney function and that there was nothing more he could do. We decided it was best to let him cross the rainbow bridge because he was in so much misery. Kumar leaves behind a brother, Jiggles.
