Hi, Kali! wave I was thinking of doing exactly this!! Do you prepare the mixtures that Peggy recommends on her site and then freeze individual servings in ice cube trays? Do the mixtures freeze well? I've been hesitant to do this only because I fear the fruits and veggies will be mushy when left to thaw! worried Yuck! -Alicia

This is a valid concern, Alicia. My monkeys won't eat anything that has been frozen and then thawed. There are certain fruits and/or veggies that just don't freeze well and some that do come out mushy once thawed. dunno

Aimee!! WHY, oh WHY, have I not had a recent visit from you?! cry Don't you know that I have bunches and bunches of darling little joeys just waiting for you to smother them with kisses?! You're not REALLY going to let my little rescues head to their new home without first meeting them in person ... ARE YOU?! :elaugh:

So, do you prepare fresh fruits and veggies each evening? As much as I would LOVE to do that, I'd be in the kitchen ALL night! Have you seen my siggy?! roflmao

I know, I know!!!!!! I SO need to make a trip down your way! Oh...why must life get in the way????? I'll look at my calender and write in "joey kisses" and see if it helps! LOL

I do feed fresh each evening but honestly, it's really not that difficult. I generally shop on Sundays and buy what I'm going to feed for the week. Then, I cut it up each evening. You could do much of the same, but you could maybe cut up a few of the things, then store it in a tupperware container for a night or two in the fridge so you had it to feed. And who knows, maybe yours would like the frozen?? Mine just don't....been there, done that, spoiled monkeys. shakehead
